How do I do this?

Back up (if you want to keep it) and delete the wallet.dat that resides in:

Windows:
Code:
%AppData%\Bitcoin
Linux:
Code:
~/.bitcoin/
Mac OS X:
Code:
~/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/

Delete BACKUP AND REMOVE! the wallet.dat that resides in:

Windows:
Code:
%AppData%\Bitcoin
Linux:
Code:
~/.bitcoin/
Mac OS X:
Code:
~/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/
