I've sold a time or two on here to a couple different people, but now I'm trying to move these quick. A friend of mine found someone on a forum selling some RAM dirt cheap and I need the money to pay the difference.

If you have references as a good buyer we can work something out. I currently have 6.2 btc I want to sell at $3.40/btc.

PM, or email me and we can work something out!

I'm trying to move these quick.

when i see that i generally begin to think cautiously.

there's no name on the otc web of trust for your forum name

this would be a good time to point out that the following guides have some useful tips for when trading person-to-person:
http://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Secure_Trading
http://wiki.bitcoin-otc.com/wiki/Using_bitcoin-otc#Risk_of_fraud

especially since yesterday someone sent their 138 bitcoins without being cautious (i.e., sent bitcoins before receiving payment) and was subsequently defrauded

Already did the trade with him.
As he was selling BTC, and willing to send first, no risk involved.

And if you'd have asked me, I would have told you that if you had references since I had non, that I would have sent mine first you could have saved your time :p

Trade is done now, and I bought my RAM, so thank you very much gusti!
