Lol, lots of people have withdrawn. It's not a scam. They are just busy with the site. It happens in every sign campaign when a new site launches. They underestimate the amount of work it takes to run a sig campaign. Which is why most of the time they get a trusted member to run it for them so they can concentrate on the real work.

Someone else is demanding that deposit is required from second cashout.

I got my cashout pretty fast, I liked to receive emails to know when my deposit and withdrawal were processed.

I have more than 0.15BTC in my account, but I'm unable to cashout. It is asking for one confirmed deposit, which is nowhere stated in the sig campaign => https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=743725.0. I made another cashout before without any problem. So, why am I blocked this time ? As I can see, U replied to another user that no deposit is necessary for withdrawal...

Oh... god.. I cannot withdrawal because need 1 confirmed deposit but my wallet is empty.. Any chance to receive coins direct to my wallet? Because now its useless.

In my experience, first cashout is free. You need to deposit first in your second cashout. It was like this before. I do not know now.

An advertiser never asks a publisher to deposit money to get paid. This damn concept is sneaky. Moreover, they did not declare this deposit rule in the OP either. It only implies deceiving business practice which is highly unwelcome from a gambling site, where trust is a big deal.

We have over 20 pages of help content and we cannot repeat every single item here as well.

There is no intentional deception here.  Depositing 0.0005 for the 2nd cashout as security measure is not a crazy request, especially when you can then immediately cash out that amount instantly as well.

I will add this to the 1st post.  Note that 1st cashout had 0 requirements which applied to almost everyone who did the signature campaign and was paid up front who decided to cashout immediately.

We are a fair and honest site and will always do our best to make things right, increase awareness of things, and also change policies if appropriate

I played at win88 BEFORE the signature campaign and I can vouch that it has always been like this, and it's not really a crazy requirement at all. I can name TONS of casinos that don't allow you to withdraw until you've deposited atleast .001. And fiat casinos it's even more than that for most USA accepted online casinos it's like $20.

The only thing I would say though is that .02 is a little bit high for a minimum withdraw, especially if you guys have small amounts automated now, before when it was manual I could completely understand.
