Try mtgox if you're based in the USA , intersango for uk . There's quite few exchanges out there, but the main problem here is your payment method.

I'm having a tough time as well finding a place to buy. MtGox will be possible when I get a new checkbook to find my routing number to use Dwolla. Until then I'm only really limited to Cash in Mail, Moneypak, and Paypal, which I only really care to do Moneypak for this type of transaction since it's fast and I'll know that the seller did something with the funds since they have to cash it out. I recently moved for college and I'm nowhere near my bank or any large major bank, so bank deposit is out of the question. Most of the other methods seem kind of sketchy

Hi Everyone

Blizzcoin came through in the end, I placed the order on Tuesday and received the bitcoins on Thursday... apparently because I Manually transferred money to them instead of ordering through their web interface, it wasn't an instant transfer of bitcoins.

Just thought I'd let everyone know it went well with Blizzcoin.

Thank you everyone for your advice, will proberly try intersango next time....

I've personally used bitinstant myself, I'm not sure of all the payment methods available in the UK, but when I've used them it's always work well.  Received my money immediately.
