I owe a member here roughly $5 in BTC and my localbitcoins tx didn't work out. The guy stated 1-500 USD and then declined my purchase saying he has a $100 min. I can pay with Credit Card or PayPal. Or can trade almost any Microsoft key you need. I just need $8 in BTC, figured I'd include some interest for him having to wait.
