I am still on the fence investing with this ICO as it is not technically backed by a solid escrow.

If you approach one of the exchanges to host the ICO then I would imagine a lot of people would feel more comfortable investing.

Bittrex, C-Cex and Moolah have done a few ICOs recently if you get one of those on board I can guarantee my btc will be invested

PoS: Generates 4,500,000 over about 5 years (10%)

So we have 5.5 M ICO and 4.5 M PoS = 9.5 M but max coins are 5.5 M 
PoS generates 4.5 M ( 10 % ) = 45 M max coins
