This is the official thread for the Groupcoin logo contest : 10.000 GPC will be paid by me to the winner ! We need a circle logo looking like a coin for the thread, and a square logo. Please keep different format for the logos you create (from big to small) as we will ask for high resolution if you win. People should vote directly in the thread for their favourite logo and the name of the creators + number of votes will be counted by me here. Let's get this started ! With all due respect, at the current price of 10k GPC (0.0104BTC), you will not get anything remotely better that what has been posted here, which is, and this is a designer opinion, really cool.
Well unless any of the designers around here have some free time and decide to trace something for GPC just for fun that's it.
Seriously, the proposal from yweetot is really good and very easy to transform in a circular or square shape.
Take it.
PD. Not trying to be an ass here, I would contribute but my time is limited ATM and again, I really like the proposal of yweetot.

I have been buying those 10k GPC for 1000 sat, so believe me the pain of giving them away is real.  And yes if we don't get anything else i'm perfectly fine with what we have.  |

I believe you! and trust me, my post is absolutely sincere and the intention constructive, if we choose yweetot logo we'll give the coin a very nice touch. A suggestion: when you do it spherical, do not lose the basic shape of the characters, looks really nice. Will look like an umbrella first so would be nice to have some perspective bending in the arms. Some headers for the different sections in the ANN should be cake too  Way to go ) Eth. |
