No, this is incorrent. Flash crashes in bear markets may rebound to new rally, but flash crash in bear market means more drop in mid term

Bitstamp is at 482$ right now but it's bouncing up and down, it's too difficult to try to predict the value
but I agree with the fact that we have hit the bottom.
