I'm not sure if I'm supposed to report to an admin.. seems like scams are kind of treated as laisez faire here, but maybe i'm wrong?

hi_i_am_a_nerd already has a bad reputation, and he's sending me a link to some website that appears to be a wallet phisher.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

If it's malware, or someone impersonating another (ie theynnos, Spondoolies-Tech', etc) then yes. Unsolicited pm's advertising services are also considered spam, scam or not. If you aren't sure then report it, there's no downside.

Yeah, it's not like you can get a bad report for it either. That guy has been spamming PMs to many people. Had a few complaints about him already so I'm sure he will be banned if he hasn't already.

[2014-06-14 23:37:46] Emka Bujnova: You have no wallet?
[2014-06-14 23:37:46] Emka Bujnova: or what
[2014-06-14 23:37:56] Me: I told you - no desktop BTC wallet
[2014-06-14 23:37:59] Me: I have android wallet
[2014-06-14 23:39:27] Emka Bujnova: Please say me, where do you have wallet. On computer cold storage
[2014-06-14 23:39:30] Emka Bujnova: multibit
[2014-06-14 23:39:33] Emka Bujnova: or qr core
[2014-06-14 23:40:25] Emka Bujnova: If you dont have any wallet I cant trust you.
[2014-06-14 23:40:36] Emka Bujnova: Because you cannot know nothing about bitcoins then.
