Right now, Dwolla has about a week to respond to TradeHill's serve notice according to state law.
Hopefully we can get our hands on it and Jered will update us on the forum, I will give him a call later and see if he will be willing to do it. (If its legal to od so of course)
if anyone is attending though, it would be great if someone would question/press the dwolla guy about concerns about their chargeback policy, lack of notification about them, etc.
Jered and I are presenting at this event, so trust me, between both us Ben doesn't know what he's in for.
I'm close with the COO of Dwolla, and when I asked her to set up a meeting with me and Ben..he denied.
