How so? He spent $10 on the site (The cost of the domain). This casino is run by www.gamblingbuilder.com, the OP only gets 40% of any profit from the casino. That means your getting 32% of the casino's profit... Which is likely zero or something near that. No one will deposit and play on a site like that.
