I'm looking to buy 17k USD worth of BTC either in check to a US address (preferred) or wire.

This doesn't have to all be from one person. I also don't care if it's an exchange etc as long as it can be done quickly.
Send the BTC, I send the check or wire. I've got a few clients that prefer to cash out in BTC and I don't want to wait for the wire / clearance time at Mt Gox.
I most likely will be buying more later as well. To keep it simple I'd prefer blocks of 1k or bigger if it's going to be multiple people.

Let me know if you've got any questions.

-Jered

P.S. still pounding through requests, and moving. I'm getting through it all but it's a bit of work. I've got something really different coming out but
it's not getting much energy until this gets to the point where it doesn't require any time.

I can sell you about 1,000 USD of btc. I am willing to go first. International wire to my UK based bank or a domestic wire to my BofA is preferred.

I'll take this offer, for full $17,000. I'll send the BTC required in a few hours. I can receive wire in USD with no incoming fees (Citibank Singapore).

We can use the 24h weighted price for this transaction. Email me at bitcoin@zhoutong.com please.

good to hear from you again - we miss tradehill! (hope it'll come back online sometime?)

however, in case any of the above fail, I could provide you with about 3000 to 4000 coins.

I can do wire or check(need to send it to europe, since I trust you I'd go first)

1- If TradeHill owes you money, the best way to reach Jered is either PM, or email.
2- If all else fails, and he is simply not responding to you, how does your above response help the situation?
He doesent know who you are, what account you had, or how much money he owes you.

Use some common sense, its a little difficult for him to now have to reach out to you and then wait for a response.
Try and reduce the steps necessary to get the issue resolved.  Grin

How did you contact him? I mean, how did you word the email and PM? He might be ignoring you if he doesn't know what you're talking about. He has the $ to return others and his real life identity is solid (you can get him at his address, and he's a fairly public person), so I doubt he'll make a run for your 4.5k. Try DM-ing him on Twitter too.

I doubt that TradeHill scammed you. I guess Jered is just busy and overlooked your mail or such. I've done quite some business with TH and can say they are fully trustworthy. If Jered would want to run away with some money he would have done it while they still had all their client's fund and not for a 4-digit amount.

100% I agree. He has to deal with each case carefully and individually. The small amount of client funds he has not returned, he has in his possession. Jered is not a scammer.
