The day TradeHill closed (7+ weeks ago) I requested to be cashed out (as per Jered's directions).

I'd been very patient and tried not be a pest, so waited a few weeks before contacting him again.

Lately, I've been emailing Jered 2 to 3 times per week asking for news/update.  Nearly all my email have gone without replies.

I did receive a couple email replies from Jered, in summing up; he's been overloaded but would get me paid.

I received my initial bitcoin balance, but have not received my USD payment.  I offered to accept either USD, or, my actual preference was to be paid out in bitcoins (valued at current market rate).

Last contact/email I received from him was 2+ weeks ago.

I see his last post on this forum was 1+ week ago.

Continued silence is hard to take.  Please either email me honest news about your situation, or post here.

Or, pay me.

ababa

You could always pull a TradeHill and sue them Wink

I wonder how many others are having the same issue that you're having!

Same here. There were some problems with info about my bank account so I asked if it's possible to transfer bitcoins instead of EUR.
Since more people requested the same, Jered bought some bitcoins here on forum some time ago, for which I am thankfull, but no updates since then.
Regular updates on forum or on web page would be fine.

But also you have to realize that If everything what Tradehill is telling us is true, they lost a lot of money and now processing payments manualy without any profit.

Last post I saw of his he mentioned that he was working alone on getting everything settled, so I'm sure he's swamped.

... another day of silence has gone by ...

today's summary;

7 days have gone by since I started this thread.  Silence continues.

20 days have gone by since Jered last emailed me (on 3.22.2012)

11 days have gone by since Jered's last post to this forum (on 3.31.2012)

Has anybody heard from Jered since 3.31.2012?

Apparently we are to believe there is at least 5 tradehill customers that are unpaid.  Reading Jered's other posts it would seem that it's only his largest owed customeras remain unsettled.

The known unsettled list is:

ababa - amount owed: substantial
omehenk -amount owed: ?
jammie - amount owed:  ?
deego - amount owed:  ?
Deafboy -amount owed:  ?

Please ONLY add to this thread if you have real news/information.  Otherwise please do not clog up this thread.

If you do know how to contact Jered, please tell him to address this thread.

Thank you - ababa

tradeHill, inc. is apparently a delaware corporation.  The state of delaware would have a mailing address.

the attorney in tradeHill's suit against dwolla, pierre george basmaji, might be able to give you contact info as well: http://www.plainsite.org/flashlight/case.html?id=716058
