The recovery was quick.

I would advice speculators to be cautious and wait for a week or two before taking new actions.

This. I'm all for a rally to the moon, but be careful out there ya'll.   Wink

I'm really excited for this rally but I think that it's a normal rebound, the price will stabilize around this value.

Panic sellers always have to buy back at loss, it's easier to panic hold and sit down for some months.

not trying to troll here but bitcoin is down almost 200 from 680 and people are happy? I "panic sold" my 10 coins with a average buy of 520 for 551, hoping to buy back in 400s. Even if I buy now at 520 isn't that still some profit? Price has been in the low 500s with dips in the 400s for at least of couple of days now not seeing how this is a trend reversal?

I want bitcoin to go up also, but every 5$ isn't a win and to the moon... (esp when it is down from 600+)

There is nothing wrong with what you have done - clever in fact.  But everyone taking falllings advice and selling below $500 is just plain stupid

So let me get this straight. You gambled on a short-term price dip and won $300 out of it, risking on losing $10,000+ in profits? Yeah, smart move. You have to do it 29 more times to test your luck fully.

Let me get this straight, you are basing $1000000000 in profits on what? That is just as much a troll as falling saying bitcoin is crashing. What part of my post didn't you understand about buying lower? Actually when it was up to 680, all the real trolls said buy more/keep holding, I was up over 1+k. Show me something that says bitcoin is going to be worth 10000000 profits or is even gonna stay at this price and not drop lower. yah yaaaah bitcoin is down 200 but is up 10 bucks in the last 5 mins.

But you are correct I "panic sold" and made 300$ but it wasn't a "gamble" the price had already plummeted 130$

No, it was a gamble, because you had no idea that the price will continue falling. It could've as well turned around at your sell price and never come back, and you'd be sitting on your cash waiting for lower price, slowly becoming a jaded troll like falllling Smiley But anyway, congratulations, I just think lunch money is really not worth risking being shut out of a btc potential.

Aww. Those guys are our fellow peers. A lot of people bought bitcoin without understanding what it is. Let's help them to develop a better strategy for using bitcoin. Remind them that it is not an investment, it's money.  we don't need to make fun of them. Even the ones who were a dick about things.

+1

I'll make an exception for the bears who take themselves so seriously though.

They're just asking to be made fun of.

 Grin

haha... its all fun in love and war... thats the saying more or less right? Well I'm enjoying thinking about how much its pissing off the bears more than the thought of all my BTCs value increasing  Cool

I agree, but $300 would make for a fairly decent lunch.
