How the heck does this address have a negative balance?
I see that it starts with 3 so it has support for multisign etc but what's going on?

I would guess that it's just a blockchain.info bug.

Yep, I see. It looks like it is possible to "fake" transaction. This is a huge problem expecially for those people that rely heavily on blockchain.info
