If you get the blockchain.info wallet on ios (and maybe android) you can scan the code and then when it asks for the password you put in your guess. If you get it right you can send the btc to your other wallet.

Your link is where you log in to a wallet. This is not what you need to do.
You need to be in a wallet already and then scan to import the encrypted private key (if the wallet you are in has that ability).
Try mycelium wallet.
