Well, we were approached by bitcrane about 15 days back when they had launched their 1st batch of miners to distribute their products in India. We had explained the market to them very clearly and also the additional costs involved over here with regards to customs and VAT. However, we chose not to distribute their products then as that time price was around 1600-1700 USD just for the product without any shipping which we found was extremely over priced and after working out shipping and taxes price had reached exorbitant levels.

However, with their almost 400 USD reduction announced this week, the pricing has reached more decent levels, though obviously its still not as close to where it should be. Although this product stands out among others in the looks department and the different cooling method adopted which the manufacturers feel justify their pricing.

The clientele for this product is going to be different compared to say someone using an S1.

The only way to get it at that price though is to fly to Shenzen personally and pick it up.
