Statistics on first page is not live. It is refreshed once every minute. Bounty is for every coin but only one coin and user can reach 5 mio bet on dice.

Not many players, around 15 I think. But there were around 50 bets per second
Speed depends mostly on your computer speed. Diablo aka The winner reached around 10 bets per second.
