Hi, I am  a newbie to miners and also not too great with computers so relatively simple answers please. I have 3 miners but 1 I can not get to work properly or connect to my network. On start up, the lights are less than half as bright and the ones under the Ethernet cable are different, being 2 yellow or green instead of 1 green as on the other 2. Any ideas please?

Different revisions of the S1 have different a different brightness and color to the green LEDs.

Version 1: Just screw terminals on the hash boards for power, very dim green LEDs that are a bit towards yellow in color.

Version 2: Screw terminals and 6-pin PCIe connectors on the hash boards, very bright very green LEDs.

The important LED to watch is the green one on the end of the control board opposite the ethernet connector.  The normal boot sequence is:

 * Slow flashing (on 1s, off 1s) for about 12 flashes.
 * A short burst of very rapid flashes.
 * Fast flashing (on 0.5s, off 0.5s) for about 12 flashes.
 * Begin mining, assuming a configured pool is reachable.  Continuous rapid flashing (about 30Hz.)  Hash board LEDs will also now flash in the same pattern.
