troubles with Bitcoinica

I've registred at bitcoinica.com Deposit 3000$, trading about 2weeks,
after that i reinstall windows, and lost my bitcoinica password.

When i tried to reset password this happens

You should contact Bitcoinica support.  They are the only ones who can help you with this. 

It is not uncommon on these forums for anonymous newbies to claim damages from this or that to try and get donations from forum members.  Screenshots can be doctored. Just saying.
