What do you mean by it doesn't work? Is there an error page? A redirect? Does it just re-load after you fill it out and hit create?

Meaning it doesn't do anything after you hit submit just sits there afterwards there is a short  message of  " Submitting in red..." then nothing happens.. ?

I just made one really quick and didn't have any issues. I'm not sure what might be going on. Try again maybe.

No I left that blank since I didn't have any domain to put in. If it was a server issue I would have expected to get the same thing you did. Good luck though!
