http://www.santrex.net has canadian VPS servers. They don't take btc, doesn' t mean you can't withdraw to Liberty Reserve direct to their account using btc-e.com or buy a VCC to pay them. Would be nice if somebody here offered a service but bandwidth is $$$ in Canada

Bitcoin wiki lists lightbox.ca as doing canadian VPS, but can't find info anywhere on the site just regular hosting.
