I know its a very risky, but I need some paypal.
You have to send as gift and they will be some hold period about 3-4h in order to be shure that its not hacked account. Then I will send you the BTC

I dont believe there will be need of escrow since its PP, but if needed I will use.

I have had many scammers say the same to me in PM. If that is the way you think it is unlikely people will trade with you. (Not saying you are a scammer)

Or you can easily move money from 1 paypal to another paypal and run away.
Paypal then can't do much on this situation.
