There are many options on the equipment.  Lot's of different ASICs.

seems like a rather large reward. most people are protective of ther personal farms and wont send pictures and stuff. some because they dont want to and others wont just incase they fall into the wrong hands and someone trys scamming people with them.

on the other hand its not hard to make up BS about having a large mining farm
but if they know bitcoins then they know of this place and are probably pretty smart

Part of it this is a very broad question.  Depending of if starting capital is 1k or 10k, etc.  There are so many factors it's hard to outline without a set plan of a few things.

Money, Space, Electricity.... etc.

Initial investment would be about 4k then you have to add in electricity costs per month, normally around $0.13 kwh.  Big question is if you are able to sustain about 3500 watts on a 30 amp breaker.
