Experimental Lottery (xLotto)

I was thinking in this game/experiment with DGS:

70% of profit (income-delivery fees) are going to the Prizes: 30% (N Prize), 20% (X Prize) and 20% (T Prize).
30% dividends to the Shareholders (Owners of MegaLotto Assets (ID: 15134071718475327250)).

The N prize of the lottery will go to NXT Address with higher number of xLotto Points at Draw Block Height.
The X prize of the lottery will go to NXT Address with higher number of xLotto Tickets at Draw Block Height.
The T prize of the lottery will go to NXT Address with higher number of xLotto Blocks Age at Draw Block Height.

xLotto Points: Sum (Number of xLotto Tickets purchased * (Draw Block Height - Block Height of purchase transaction)) .
xLotto Block Age: Sum (1 transaction * (Draw Block Height - Block Height of purchase transaction)) .

For example, one NXT Address does two purchases:

Draw Block Height: 220’000

Number of xLotto Tickets purchased on transaction 1: 100.
Block Height of purchase transaction 1: 217’000
Number of xLotto Tickets purchased on transaction 2: 300.
Block Height of purchase transaction 2: 218’000

Total xLotto Points: (100*(220’000-217’000))+(300*(220’000-218’000))=300’000+600’000 = 900’000 Points.
Total xLotto Tickets: 100+300 = 400 Tickets
Total xLotto Blocks Age: (220’000-217’000)+(220’000-218’000) = 5’000 Blocks Age

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lottery Drawing 1: xLotto1

Buy Lottery Tickets in NXT Marketplace (xLotto1):

Seller: MegaLotto (NXT-YM97-Y7R7-VGJN-9WDCH)
xLotto1 Ticket Price: 2 NXT
Draw Block Height of xLotto1 Tickets: 222'000.

Only Tickets with purchase transactions from official Seller are valid.
Refunds are not allowed.
We will try that the prizes payments will do in mgwBTC to promote MGW use...

Enjoy!

Sounds pretty cool, well done.

Yep, it is an experiment...

I hope it was useful to increase transactions number, to use DGS, AE, etc... And to win money!

Do you think the Prizes Percentages are right?
I looking for balance between huge investors and little ones with a lot of small transactions...

Good Luck!

At this moment (Block Height: 216900) the situation is interesting to Whales play competing for N and X Prizes, but also the small fish can do it competing for the Prize T...

To enter to the battle of N Prize 5'400 Tickets are necessary (10'800 NXT + Fees).
To enter to the battle of X Prize 5'016 Tickets are necessary (10'032 NXT + Fees).
To enter to the battle of T Prize 5 Transactions are necessary (10 NXT + Fees).

Sorry I have had to stop the draw because I must to increase the prices of the tickets to balance T Prize competition with N and X.
The NXTs have been returned to players (fees included).

I am going to study the problem and I hope new Draw xLotto2 starts at Block Height 218'000.

My apologies and any suggestion is welcome!

I am thinking that 10 NXT per Ticket is a more balanced price.  The problem is that T Prize competition if Ticket prices is 2 NXT minus 1NXT of Fee is to small amount, 1 NXT per Transaction only, too low.  I think is better if there is a lot of activity in T Prize competition, it is noticed in N and X Prize competition...

Thank you very much... !

Also it would be good include 2'000 NXT reward or 10% reward every 2000 blocks to higher Block Age to encourage the participation.

I am studying it...
I would like more feedbacks...

It seems that not many people are interested ... Probably I will cancel the experiment.
