Until further comment please refrain from mining. All mined coins untill then won't be on a valid chain.

We will release the updated source and wallets as soon as possible, with enough time for everyone to be up to date.

The relaunch will take place with a 24 hour delay, on September 9th 2014 at 22:00 CET.

by fork i mean in this case , their personnal coin , they will be able to send it between them and receiving it if they want to play . but in the relaunch none of those coins mined will be accepted in an exchange or by the official chain . just don"t mine tonight and come back tomorrow

Exactly. Sorry I was a bit confused what relaunch meant, if we start totally over on a new chain then that is fair.  If you don't have fgpa well get one, I only have 2 r9s and a 7950 myself. Just mining this one till sterlingcoin launch anyway lol
