Creative Mining was created with the intent to give investors the opportunity to participate in Bitcoin mining,
 without purchasing and maintaining their own hardware.


ABOUT ME

I gathered interest and started mining Bitcoin in early 2013. It has been an awesome experience so far but recently, it has become much more than that for me. As for growth, I see great potential. I want to expand Creative Mining largely and will be doing so, obviously, in accordance with the terms of this project.

MINING

Creative Mining is a Bitcoin mining project, located in Bochum, Germany. Our miners are kept at a very secured location underground, with access to free electricity grid, up to a maximum of 100kW. These advantages will make Creative Mining competitive with any other mining assets on the market. The company will offer 10,000 non-dilutable shares of a Creative Mining.


DIVIDENDS

Dividends will automatically appear in shareholders Bitcoin wallets every Friday. Dividends will consist of 65% of Creative Mining net revenue for the week. Net revenue is defined as the total of all Bitcoins mined minus maintenance costs.
The percentage of the net revenue paid in dividends can change if shareholders vote to change it. Such action will only occur if the state of the Bitcoin mining space demands it.


REINVESTMENT

Every week, Creative Mining will reserve a percentage of mined Bitcoins equal to 35% of net revenue. These investments will allow Creative Mining to deploy additional hardware. Time of deployment for this additional hardware will be in the best interest of shareholders.

We may be new here but Creative Mining was involved in Bitcoin mining since early 2013. Creative Mining operators ID's were provided to Crypto-Trade staff for validation.

Yes, we have access to free electricity grid up to 100kW and yes, it's obtained legally. The Industrial estate on where Creative Mining underground facility is located, is a privately owned land belonging to Creative Mining operator relatives. Therefore, there is no electricity or hosting costs involved. These advantages will make Creative Mining competitive with any other mining assets on the market.

There appears to be a new mining asset listed on Crypto-Trade.com called "Bitsy Mining Investment" .That asset has blatantly copied most of our copyrighted website content as well as the exact wording from our obligations to shareholders. We would like to emphasise, be very careful when investing in to "Bitsy Mining Investment". How would you like to go on a trip to Germany and visit our mining facility?

After a long transformation process, from the old bunker in to a state of the art data centre, We have decided to invite two of our biggest Shareholders, to visit our mining facility in Bochum, Germany, and to meet with Creative Mining management team. The visit is intended to last two days, Creative Mining owner will cover all travel and staying expenses from his own pocket, for the chosen Shareholders. The visit will include: a tour of our mining facility and surroundings, an interview with Creative Mining owner and operator, a nice restaurant dinner at the hotel where Shareholders will be staying.


Conditions:

1. We will choose two of our biggest Shareholders at our own discretion.
2. Shareholders must also be a trusted members on Bitcointalk.org forum.
3. We would like to pick a person who is able to provide detailed review of the visit.
4. Photos or videos are not allowed on site.
5. Chosen Shareholders must be from the EU region.
6. Travel and staying expenses will be covered by the Creative Mining owner.
7. The visit is scheduled for the end of October. The date of visit to be revealed.
