I believe it's spelled Khao San Road, but nevertheless, I think this answers your question. I do recall seeing various state licences there when I was there a number of years ago, but I did not enquire as to time frame because I was not intending to purchase. Also, the quality on offer appeared a little dodgy.

You can purchase back one or all your assets issued, that's fine, it's not included in the "default"
if some day you disappear, or something wrong happens like your wallet is deleted or stolen or email hacked and can not pay back all the money... that's what we call default. if you do as you say, even if this is end earlier than 6 months, it's not a default.
