I'm just wondering if my BTC-E wallet deposit addresses stay the same.

Or are they always changing?

If I remember correctly, the BTC address does not change over time.

Can anyone second that?

I'm pretty sure it stays the same too.  I'm also fairly certain that even if the address changes, the old address is still attached to your account and the BTC will be deposited to you.  Just contact support there.
