Ghash.io pool problem

I'm trying to set up my Antminer s3 to your pool,but it does not working.I put -o stratum+tcp://us1.ghash.io:3333 in to the command line and
  rlx1012.worker1 in to worker line and 123 password.I'm from NY.Can anyone helpme please?

On the S3 don't put -o if your doing what i think  on pool just have: stratum+tcp://us1.ghash.io:3333

If that dosent work have you tried another pool? (this way we can see network settings are right)
