[Request] QR Code converter to text for Windows

Do anyone know of a program {Not cellphone} that can scan the QR code and convert it to text?

I have a project, where I need to scan lots of QR codes and I need to have the output directed to a text file. Most programs are cellphone based, and even those are giving me hassles. {Eg. i-Nigma}

If you know of something out there, that I may have missed for Windows, please reply to this post.

It's not really windows but it works on windows: there are some online QR code scanners, for the web, such as http://zxing.org/w/decode.jspx

You can download Quickmark, it works with QR codes on your desktop, can use your webcam to scan QR codes and you can make QR codes with it. I always use it if I need to scan a QR code and don't feel like grabbing my phone.

Which version of Windows are you using?

For Windows 8/RT, I use Easy QR (http://apps.microsoft.com/webpdp/app/44147093-66a9-4298-b109-dfe7b1470646)
