How to Explain Bitcoin to Businessmen with no idea of internet

Hi,

There have been topics about explaining concept of BTC to teenager, ofcourse it is difficult to explain to new people especially to children. However, the place I live , there are lots and lots of people those are making money through traditional business and recently with BTC all over TV and places, they want to invest in it or atleast want to understand it. However, they are kind of people who never used internet and even avoid smartphone. Actually have created a psychological barrier where they think they can't learn new things.. But the hype of BTC is tempting them to invest in it or atleast make something out of it.

Since there are no such things like Banks, consultancy firms etc. (as with fiat and related investment). Its kinda hard for them to grasp all. And whenever this topic arises where I am sitting, I always find them more confused if I try explain them. So what is way to explain to such people with no idea of internet and digital stuff ?

lol dude, you've just  to push them to understand. ok maybe you try to explain about regular money like dollar. after that you can stright up to explain fungtion of money. I think is really basically, like explain to kids maybe. done that, you have to explain everything about internet, i think imposble for them to understand if they're all fail to understand about internet concept. done that, you can staight up to explain about banks, invest etc. for the end you can explain about Cryptocurrency and for last is bitcoin. good luck dude

It is really hard explaining bitcoin even on those who are on to internet or what so called millenials. And it's even harder when telling a businessman of not knowing any internet stuff or how internet works. Maybe, starts explaining internet first then connect it in reality then aim for telling him the relation of fiat and modern crypto currency.

If that person is a Businessman who invests in Stocks and Bonds - just tell Bitcoin is like an asset that can be traded on exchanges - this would help them understand the basics for now.

every businessmen is doing the business to earn profit if they are an investers then we can approach them by telling them that it is a best platform to get 100% profit by investing on bitcoin

Well, thing is that few of them wanted to invest in it but they want my assurity and that is not possible. I see, I can only help them if they understand its risk themselves. But on the other hand by explaining risks, I don't want to deter them altogether. Actually had happened where a guy was planning to invest with me in mining and stuff but as I went to explain  uncertainty, he went on the back foot..

Really? Well, you know even kids nowadays knows internet, and some of the old folks are also going with the trend. And if you want to explain it to a businessman, I believe it will be easier to them, since the concept is loke stock market and even taking risks. So, I think it will not be a problem. Just give it another try. Probably, they are not just open minded.

Co-incidentally today met an old time friend and he is not computer-illiterate but not computer savvy either. He asked me a way to invest some money in online stuff, I suggested him crypto and he lost it all :-P

Because he never heard of Cryptocurrency ever ... not even bitcoin..

So, for time being, I gave him intro and gave him to time to grasp it all gradually. Hopefully now he will pay attention to word Bitcoin and digital currency .. but he was not very excited though.

So it is still something hard to explain ..

Getting bitcoin into the hands and into the minds of businessmen and women is something that we all have to do,these are the people that can change the game as they'd be accepting bitcoin and turning into more of a currency than a traded coin with a MASSIVE amount of volatility. So if you wanted to try to get these businesspeople on board the big problem right now with them is fees, they're not going to want to get into bitcoin if they're going to lose money/ not make as much or more then using credit card.

They must use a service like bitpay, so they sell instantly and get their profits in USD --only way for a business to use bitcoin without an issue. I doubt these people care about the tech, they care about the bottom line.
