The ICO will be hosted, and escrowed by, C-Cex. This will begin August 27/28 and run for 7 days. This early-bird offering is available for a short period of time, and will be priced lower than the C-Cex ICO. We will contact Maidak about escrow for this early-bird special. Thank you for the suggestion.

Just another update: We did not get a reply back from Maidak. That is totally understandable, it was a last minute thing (a good suggestion btw). It now looks like it will be opening at C-Cex on 8/27. They will provide Escrow for all transactions as it will be sold on their market. We will keep you updated. Thank you for your interest in nWoCoin, and please take the opportunity to purchase some on C-Cex later today.

You should consider correcting this part of your OP to reflect that the whole IPO will now be held at C-cex. ICO Coins: 900k For investors without mining rigs Early NWO ICO: 100k coins at 3,000 sats 1 share = 1000 coins = 0.03 btc; Only 100 shares for early ones Send address: 1ARgs2L7sTv5QpagRKenAWWUcKnM37dRVD PM me amount & txid Rest of ICO will be held C-Cex at a higher price; option to vote for price

you just want to pump and then dump it to death? there are too many shitcoins like this. c-cex and bittrex add all of the new coins whatever if it is a scam.

Well timing to exit will be crucial on this one :p these are the "service coins" for anon mixer to work, they should normally stay in mixer and not go into market. but I'd suggest we destroy these coins and remove anon feature. I don't think people really need anon features.

Can you explain the mechanism a little bit more?
I think they use typical coinjoin techniques. There are many details in the forum, such as in darkcoin thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421615.0or supercoin phase-1: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=618552.msg7282648#msg7282648several other coins have it, with some variations, but the ideas are to mix the coin you send to a pool (or many pools), and forward coins to destination using a different pool so the source-destination can not be traced. This way to achieve the anonymous send.

The dev is just posting here ignoring this question and only talking about the ICO phase 1 has sold out. 200k coins in hands of the dev. Why not explaining this to us why and how you are going to use those 200k coins for anonymous transactions. Till that im not touching this coin.

Its a shame that all coin launches have resulted in a guilty till proven innocent scenario.
I was the one who raised the question about the 200k and I am not worried about it. Not even a little.

So when the ICO is over there will be a bit over 1 million coins right? So right on par with the amount of coins in xcloud.
With that in mind. If the Dev gets verified. We are looking at 300%-400% uncrease stable?
Gotta say I'm pretty stoked to have caught this before it went nuts. Loving the EIP

You will see did they have a POD, CLSTR got caught out so everyone got the IPO coins back. c-cex has verified them too. if you don't trust c-cex verification you shouldn't trade at c-cex as they hold your coins. its obvious what your trying to do. your taking advantage of the recent scam ipo's to get in cheaper here. we will see support walls so any dumping will happen into that. i don't think we will go lower only up. price is cheap. this will fly as a breath of fresh air from the recent ipo coin scams. all ipo's have people who will take quick profit and some who will hold. unless something changes no one will sell below ipo. they are free to sell at ipo price when dev places a wall.

The DarkBlock dev is still very active and working, so I would say your comment only strengthens the case of a C-Cex verification.

Lack of updates from the dev doesn't look good. Way too many scam ICOs out there lately to be buying in at such a high price especially on the promise of a newly created account with 7 posts. Hope no1 is stupid enough to invest too much into this..

many coins on c-cex over the past month ended up being losers when they got to bittrex - any compelling arguments for/against this being different?

In my experience most of the really talented developers are actually very quiet and reclusive people. Sounds like what everyone here is asking for is a PR guy. Honestly I could care less about coin's PR. Just look at VOOT. Let the dev do his thing. If you are convinced this is a scam sit this one out. I find it funny that people come into threads yelling "SCAM". Its like going up to someone in a casino playing cards or a slot machine and telling them that they are at a losing seat. Like somehow you can see the future. The Crypto world is very entertaining.

The key to what we are doing is steady growth. I cant comment on the others coins ending up being losers but sticking to our plans.

I agree. The dev figured out the fatal flaw with POW-POS coins. The major dump that happens by miners with ridiculously big farms. The 5 nWo per block is genius. I am curious (and a bit excited) to see what happens next.

Update:
The ICO on ccex has sold out. Trading will begin as soon as the market is enabled by ccex.
nWo was forked from mammothcoin.
The 200k premine is to be used in mixers for our coinjoin anonymous solution.
Thank you for your support!

There's no point in mining this. The amount you get from mining is laughable compared to the amount you get through ICO. For mining to be worth it, the coin would have to be worth 300,000 satoshi. Diff isn't even high but I only got like 25 NWO after one day of mining.

Pretty sure that is the point of EIP. Well what's the point of having POW? Once the price climbs it will be worth mining. EIP just makes it so that the coin isn't dumped by miners right after the ICO is over. The dev started the POW phase but I don't expect it to be doing much for at least another 24 hours.

Yes but unless the value of NWO goes up 10,000%, it won't be profitable for anyone to mine. If this coin isn't for mining that's fine, I'll move on to something else, but it seems silly to hold POW at all with these kind of stats.

Notice how only 15% of the entire ICO is listed for sale?
The people working the market right now are either panicking or just happy with tiny profits from the 1st stage 3000 sat ICO.

nWo was forked from mammothcoin.
Thank you, and congratulations on your successful ICO. I didn't have the BTC to spare - not quite the end of the month yet - but I have downloaded the wallet. And I'll probably snoop through your source code.

Looks like nwo is forked from theoremcoin, maybe by the same dev.

Goes to show even with verified IDs and PODs and all the rest of it, ICO scams will still happen like this. C-Cex is not to blame, there is no way to truly verify a scam or not.

You should be responsible for this scam, how the hell is an exchange going to force devs not to run off? Please think before you post, maybe they will give the ID's they collected depending on legalities.

Not release to the dev when market open.

Hey now guys, the price could rebound. Otherwise why would so many people be mining this?
Give the man a chance to speak. I'm sure this is all a big misunderstanding!

C-Cex releasing the funds too early is the problem, I guess, but hey they need new policies in place to at least "help" this kind of situation from happening again.

The lead dev took off with the money, and the 200k premine, and deleted the github. The remaining dev is open to continuing the coin if a reliable dev wanted to step in. PM if interested. Thank you. Do not blame C-Cex, this is not on them. It's on the lead dev. I am the promoter and marketer.

what difference will 3 extra days make ? if dev intentially create a coin to scam people, he will just be silent for 3 days and still run off after receiving his btc

Investors should take responsibilities for investing in an obvious scam in the first place.

I am the nWoCoin project manager. The Bitmark dev was kind enough to get the source set to rights and back on github and everything set back up for me. Everything is working properly again and the code was reviewed again and pronounced clean. https://github.com/nWoCrypto/nwocoinI did not take the money and run. I am not abandoning the project. Now that everything is back to stable and set I will be bringing in another dev to maintain the code and implement features. I will be moving forward with the project and fully supporting it. I want to see nWoCoin be a success and will do everything I can to make it so. It's been a long day I am going to sleep now. Will be further updates sometime tomorrow night. PS Wallet and source links updated.
