1 TH/s for $445 is really cheap. But I prefer wait for S4 since it might be even better and safer.

S4 will be 2 th/s but its the price we want to hear and the Wattage
as Bitmain has done in the past hits the market with a current high price and lowers it gradually.

I don't think you're understanding - I could list Dogie's 34214214TH miner only 240W and $20 preorder September 2014 buy now with bitcoin!!!!! It would have exactly the same validity and safety until its proven. Another preorder from an unproven company that has been playing the preorder game for months and months and months is not a good bet.

Pre-order = STAY AWAY!!!

Unless the company has a reliable and consistent reputation in the game (which right now I can only think of one), and high demand for their hardware (ie bitmain) there is no reason to buy pre-order. Since most have delays and other excuses with their pre-order model its a VERY high risk. Take it from someone who has been burned twice. In this game TIME=Money. And the longer you have to wait the more you lose. You want your hardware cheap and ASAP...but also reliable and well built. Consider that before your purchase.

You are 100% correct I am against preorders, with my money they live the big life and then say sorry we failed!!!

i think everyone got it all messed up when they  blame "pre-order" as a reason not to buy from hashra. everybody does pre-order now bitmain and spondoolies included.

The Hashra thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=601217.0

There's a coupon for 15% off on new miners "moondog".  Still not sure if I'd order from them again.

The gamble on pre-ordering just doesn't make sense, even if the manufacturer has a history of shipping. Rarely will a manufacturer ship on an advertised time, most are months late which means you'll lose out against the difficulty and never get your ROI. 1 TH/s isn't what it used to be anyways.

What is with all this nonsense discussing an S4 that doesn't exist?
Bitmain is a month away from resuming shipping on S3s!!

I only have a signature because I'm allowed.

Please read carefully:

"The expected shipping date for the MOONRAKER miner is by the 20th September 2014. If for any reason we are unable to deliver by 15th October 2014 we will offer a full refund by bank transfer in fiat. No refunds in Bitcoin."

So they can deliver on day 14th october on that time 1TH miner for that price maybe is not such a great deal
