Yep thats the sad thing about the internet. There is ZERO way of actually verifying you, they can just be behind a new proxy if they get banned. No way to stop him sadly, even if you do somehow, he can still send to the address and get a return.

Yep, use a tor browser and just make a new random nickname. If people want to play, they WILL play, no matter what. Bitcoin is international and decentralized, it has its pros and cons

IIRC, Luckybit has blocked Tor nodes, though I assume they can't really block VPNs or private proxies.
