double logins to cheat the system should invoke a perma ban, not reward him with 1.5btc. hes not the 1st to do this.

I need to address this formally, I guess. Too bad.

We know that Trashy is Candystripes. We also know that he did not cheat or violate the rules to win that prize.

Candy was banned for 5 minutes as "Candyy" for spamming. He reappeared 8 minutes later under a new IP and the name Trashy with a new address. That login was never used to simultaneously log in twice nor was it used for ban evasion (ban expired before he came back).

It looks questionable, but the fact is he followed the rules. Please don't let your jealousy be misinterpreted as justice in this case; Candy won fair and square.

Well nothing we could do now about this, already sent, but if he didn't break any rules, (yes he is a scammer he scammed me) he deserves his payout. Sad but true

The amount of negative on his accounts like Pierre11 and Candystripes.. Wow.
Is there not a law for under 18s on your site? He is only 16.

Please evidence this claim. This is something not to be taken lightly - underage gambling is a liability that Lucky Bit will not tolerate.

I only have a Skype chat. Do you want my details? I know you are a trusted member. I wouldn't mind. I just hope he never said that more than 3 months ago.
He also admitted to being a scammer to me.

You can PM me any evidence you might have if you're worried about publicity. I don't use Skype for security reasons.

Only 16 and so much negative trust already? Not a good beginning.
That said, it is impossible to ascertain the age of a person in online gambling.
The onus shifts to the user because the terms ask you to "Attest you are at least 18 years old"

Yep thats the sad thing about the internet. There is ZERO way of actually verifying you, they can just be behind a new proxy if they get banned. No way to stop him sadly, even if you do somehow, he can still send to the address and get a return.

Yep, use a tor browser and just make a new random nickname. If people want to play, they WILL play, no matter what. Bitcoin is international and decentralized, it has its pros and cons  Tongue

IIRC, Luckybit has blocked Tor nodes, though I assume they can't really block VPNs or private proxies.
So yup, it is pretty much useless.

Serves him right to lose that 1.5 btc, he is a low life scammer and doesn't deserve any money won to him, but he did win fair and square.

I have to second this opinion. As much distaste for an individual as people may have, it simply isn't constructive.

If you have something pertinent to report, please PM me. I'd like to keep the discussion here on a more positive note.

Speaking of positive discussion, The Lucky Bit Signature Campaign has been expanded! There are now six more Senior-level slots available for immediate enrollment. Click the link in my signature to read all about it and get signed up!
