You can read about chat-lotto in luckyb.it site, Menu => Chat Rules => Chat lotto
But let me write it here :

# You need to wager 0.01฿ in the last 24 hours with an address, for that address to be eligible
# If you claim your lotto prize with a certain address, no one but you can use this address to claim a lotto win in the next 24 hours

Chat-lotto trigger by bets and chats, so you must chats ( but don't spam ) and pray bot will pick your name.
Because bot will pick random user in chat.

Holy crap that bonus COMPLETELY turned that bet around. Instead of losing 0.3 btc the better got 1.3 btc in profit! I didn't know bonuses could be larger than the original bet.

Yeah that bonus was close to 200%, and 200% is the max bonus you can get on that special bets.

Bet under 0.01 in Blue or Green will not bring you good profit if your bet doesn't hit big Multipliers.
Remember about transaction fees for input and output.
Example :
# Bet 0.005 BTC on Blue and hit x1.1 / 0.005 x1.1 = 0.0055 BTC - Fees ( Input 0.0001 and output 0.0001 ).Your profit only 0.0003.
 
But some players loves to bet on Blue and Green daily with Big Bet because they only need to send 1-3 bets daily and collect nice profit from it everyday.
Example :
