Amount of lotto by level - i,ve seen.
1st level : lottos round about 0.006
2nd level : more then 0.006 and under 0.011
3rd level : More then 0.011 under 0.022
4th level : More then 0.022 lower then 0.043

its all i know atm the values can be wrong so just go and bet wager more and more and come to chat you will know all
