While site is under maintenance mode you can place bets, but they will be processed once site is back up. |

Sorry, we don't have an estimated time. We had a pretty severe crash and we're restoring from backup; honestly, we don't really know how long it will actually take to rebuild everything. Bets sent during downtime will be processed once the engine is restored, but please avoid sending bets during this time because we don't like sitting on peoples' money if we don't have to. |

Don't is better refund the players bet? i make bet yesterday without know the site is on maintenance (i dont check the page of luckyb.it) If it will delay more 1-2 days on maitenance i prefer my money back. Best Regards The engine will see and process the bet once it's restored no matter what; there's no way to "void" a bet before it plays. That would go against the provably fair design. So we can't cancel and refund any bets, sorry! All I can say is good luck. |

Well they are trying their best to make system live. Maybe you should have checked the site when you placed the bet. Luckyb.it is a fair and not a scam site. As far as my betting experience with them they refunded my bets that I mistakenly sent to the Hot wallet  . Also site has pretty much to recover from backup and also they might be also building something that players get a good experience and errors like this don't happen again. |
