Hello Usecoin Investor and future Investors
you all must be aware of the Usecoin dev's (Shameonyou) actions that lead to the end of use coin. Many have lost alot of money investing in Usecoin. I also being one of them. I was fortunate not to lose much. Our team have been working on launching a coin for some time and were planning to launch soon. we have decided it would be better to takeover usecoin as it has the specs required for our ambitious plan.
why Usecoin?
The reason for it being use coin is firstly it is listed on two exchanges. by taking over the coin we would already have saved time by getting our coin launched and saved funds to get on a exchange.
secondly although Usecoin has gained PR from the developer's negative actions it is known so we have head start rather than launching our new coin.
Our plan
first plan is to do a complete makeover. most importantly we will be changing the name of the coin to remove the tainted Usecoin. we cannot discuss our plans as of yet but they are better and much more advanced than Usecoin. i would even say we have features that have not yet been implemented by any other coin.
if you do not wish for us to takeover Usecoin we will go ahead and launch a new one. if we have the support of our community we can give a few details before you can decide what you would like us to do.
We are looking forward to hearing your thoughts for our plan

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Forget about takeover.You just want to get rid off your bagholds or sell the cheap coins you bought from other panic selling.Honorcoin's takeover has proven this kind of takeover does not work.PPL don't buy.

My coins were sold for little loss, it's the fact that it is sitting on a exchange right now. getting a coin on c-cex and bittrex requires payment which i just would not have to pay by taking over the coin. we have contacted bittrex about our plans and are just awaiting their reply on how to proceed. community approval would be great too but either way our coin is getting launched whether we create a new one or takeover a existing one the name of the coin we were planning to change it to is CLASSIFIED COIN  we won't reveal any plans yet |

I'd rather not see people lose more. if you are legit i would say POD and show us some work not promises. if these terms are met i would invest and take a chance as i am guessing your making a anonymous coin, with real working tech the gains are awesome from here. Classified coin sounds awesome. |

I was very much convinced by their IPO but luckily didnt invest because my BTC was slow  why bother with takeover? based on what I saw they are just a clone coin with no special features. Unless u cant develope and deliver what they promised then there is no point to takeover unless it's just for the purpose of selling off your USEless coins. |

Use coin will not be usecoin once the name is changed. their is nothing special about the code that would remind people of it. it was chosen purely based on the fact it is already on a exchange and taking over the coin will give our coin faster exposure than launching it new. once we get the approval we will release the wallet in 24-48hours with the features. we will release the wallet and OP with the features implemented rather than cause hype. |

Unless u cant develope and deliver what they promised then there is no point to takeover unless it's just for the purpose of selling off your USEless coins. we are not delivering what they planned to. our aim is to become a coin that will be used by a established marketplace. the way our team see things is to go directly to the target rather than be its competitor. many have tried to build a marketplace with BTC as there main currency. Not one has any impact on the business of ebay or amazon. it would only take them to accept bitcoins to make their marketplace useless. so we would rather work with sites like silk road 2.0 and BMR. Classified coin can be tailored to individual merchants needs and still keep its core concept intact which will give us a edge over any coin right now. we won't get into details but you will be hearing our achievements regularly once launched. |

who are "we" that you talking about? where are "we" that you talking about? i only see you i dont see anybody else we are a team of 6. we will be completing a POD where crypto asian will verify our skill and our work which we have been working on for months. i am getting a mixed response in whether we should takeover. i will consider some more member's opinion before making a final decision. Do not worry if we do end up launching a new coin it will not be a IPO and free of any pre-mine as all work and innovations are engineered by our team. we have invested much time and effort into our coin and our investment will give us a healthy return for our team and its investors from the profits we generate. |

Why takeover a coin when you could have a brand new coin with a fresh image.
Remember all takeovers will give you grief from old coin members.
Start fresh and put you're team to work, I would not recommend having USECOIN image plastered onto yourself and team.
Once you start a takeover you will become the target.

Ok from the feedback i have decided to launch a new coin. We thought it would be better to takeover but community has voted no. Stay alert for Classified coin we have some very exciting tech being developed.
