Nope, there seems to be an issue with the diff retargeting or something, we have been on block #52 for over 30 minutes now, network blocks are going really slow.

I doubt it matters 132,000 coin premine according to the OP.  Given the breakdown of the block reward this coin is bad news.  Standard low premine + long PoW = the dev holding all the cards.  I doubt any real exchange would list a coin like this but even if they do I don't think it would sell for much.
