We've seen Paypal stopping service allowing one to buy bitcoins with paypal, but is there a service to send money to a paypal email account with bitcoins?

If not, I think that would be a useful service. For example, many place accept paypal donations but not bitcoin. Instead of getting them to accept bitcoin directly, a service could offer this service.

The company would need to be trusted and would just require a paypal email address and give out a one-time btc address. A bitcoiner would then send the btcs to the address and the company would then use its own paypal account and transfer the equivalent amount to the destination paypal account from its own funds. The transaction is irreversible from the bitcoiner's point of view so there is no risk of chargeback.

If for some reason the paypal recipient rejects the donation/transfer or the paypal email is incorrect, the bitcoiner could also provide a return btc address for the funds.

The company would of course charge a transaction fee and/or a spread on the current MtGox rate.

Would be a great way to send money anonymously to paypal accounts.

spendbitcoins.com offers this. They don't send it as a gift, so there is a quite steep fee involved. If you'd like to avoid the fee, you can do a private trade with someone in the #bitcoin-otc marketplace on the Freenode IRC network.

We had it set up where we send USD to your Paypal account, in return for MtGox Voucher, ect.

We even have a letter of a Exec at Paypal giving us full blessing to do this.

Within 2 weeks they suspended our account, and currently hold over $10k of our money for 180 days.

NEVER trust them, anything RELATED to Bitcoin they will SHUT you down. Its only a matter of time before they find you.

Bitcoin pioneer. An apostle of Satoshi Nakamoto. A crusader for a new, better, tech-driven society. A dreamer.

Thanks for the link. Seems like exactly what I was describing.

That sucks. Sorry to hear that and hope you get your funds back. Paypal must be shitting themselves as bitcoin could be their death-knell.
