Definition

Pelestock (PLCS) is a new financial instrument, generated by the Pelecoin system. PLCS is a combination of a virtual currency and a convertible bond. The expiration period is 6 months. Prior to the expiration, the Pelestock guarantees his owner a monthly dividend of 10% in PLCN and immediate conversion to BTC. The symbol notation of Pelestock is PLCS-mmyy, where mm – month, yy - year of the series. The first series symbol is PLCS-1014 (October 2014). The first series expiration date is 01/05/2015.

Conversion to Bitcoins

The convertion of the Pelstock into Bitcoins is executed automatically upon the PLCS registration in the Pelecoin official web site. The price of the conversion is calculated as the following:

1 PLCS = 10,000,000 * conversion_price in BTC
where conversion_price = 1 PLCN C-CEX price (in BTC), but not less than 0.1 BTC

Marked Bitcoins

After buying 1 PLCS and sending it to Pelecoin system, you will immediately receive 0.1 BTC (minimum) to your portfolio. The Bitcoins received from PLCS conversion are defined as marked and are subject to the following conditions:
You can’t withdraw the marked BTC until the expiration day.
You can use the marked BTC for operations in the Trade board or other services, provided by the official Pelecoin site and listed on the Pelestock page.
Other users that will receive the marked BTC from allowed services (like selling their PLCN in the Trade board) will not be able to withdraw them (BTC) before the expiration day.
Upon expiration, all marked BTC become free and may be withdrown.
Monthly dividends

PLCS provides monthly dividend (10%) that will be paid in PLCN on the 1st day of every month from the second month (after IPSO) until the expiration month (for PLCS-1014 – from 01/12/2014 to 01/05/2015) to the account of the owner. In order to receive the coupon user must have the PLCS in his account for at least 1 day before the payment day.
Initial Pelestock Offering (IPSO)

The system generates an amount of PLCS according to the total amount of PLCN divided by 10,000,000.
During the first stage PLCS may be purchased for BTC or PLCN in the crypto-currency exchange C-CEX. The initial price of the PLCS-1014 is 1 PLCS = 0.1 BTC, or 1 PLCS = 10,000,000 PLCN.
At the next stage PLCS may be exchanged with all crypto-currencies (and $) traded in C-CEX.
After expiration, the next Pelestock series will be generated and proposed to the public.
PLCS must be seny to Pelecoin official web site in order to be converted to BTC and to generate the monthly dividends.
