No.

With your first post being a "loan" request, you will not get a loan, no matter the amount. Also we might have different interpretations of "recent" but according to my graphs the price have been swinging around 500 for almost 2 weeks now.

If you have any alternative coins or something, you might be able to offer collateral.

If you can't afford 0.02 BTC, how are you planning on paying it back? Also, what can you offer as collateral?

I know im a newbie but....

Anyone with sense would stop right there and realise the futility of their actions. And yet several times a day we read this line followed by what the poster thinks is a reasonable exception. I really don't know why they bother; are they all trolls?

Why would anyone think they could make a new account and get a loan on their first post? The OP is well named at least  Roll Eyes

not to be stereotypical most of these posters must be from countries that 0.02 is good money, 12 bucks can do a scammer well depending where they are from, I think these are groups of them thinking they can target the community.

I'm from the U.S. , It's just that I dont wanna have to go through fees and a 4 day turnaround ( coinbase, dont have instant buy yet )
to turn my usd- 0.02btc, its a total of a .34 btc order,
the btc price fell nearly $100 when I placed my order,
so unfortunately I got shortchanged with fees and price drop and I'm so close, but not close enough.

I have no collateral unfortunately.
I would be more than willing to pay back in about 10 days or less with .05 btc

Use LocalBitcoins and you won't have to deal with the 4-day turnaround.
