Available here:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kncwallet.wallet

Source code is here:

https://github.com/kncgroup/bitcoin-wallet

We've added onename.io lookup and a simple note/messaging feature.

We're trying to make the KnC fork easy to use for new users of Bitcoin while basing it on the stability and longevity of Andreas's wallet.

We will roll this over to HD wallets as soon as we can / it's stable enough.

Support requests and questions please feel free to contact info@kncwallet.com

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Nice to see KnC wallet progressing! Is there a reason it is not available for tablets, e.g. Nexus 7?

For the moment, we are still validating users based on telephone number, but no reason we could not release a tablet version, it would just change the use case a little from telephone centric contact sharing. Anything is possible! :-)

We hope to have the iOS version (fork of Breadwallet, code already available) approved by Apple v soon and then we'll see the demand for the kind of features we've been adding to hopefully encourage more development of both apps by KnC.
