Introduction

Our goal is to set up a webshop where customers can pay with any kind of altcoin.
We will also provide a complete infrastructure, where altcoin developers can offer their altcoin as a payment option, in exchange for a small fee.

All products will be supplied by the company ‘Coolblue’. Coolblue currently has 161 webshops and 5 physical shops.
Coolblue offers an extremely large range of products, for example electronics, household items, outdoor items, sports supplies etc.

The website only supports Dutch language so you will have to use a translation extension. ‘Altcoin Warehouse’ will feature multi-language support.

‘Altcoin Warehouse’  will be registered as an official Ltd. We will offer all products that Coolblue offers on our website.
The customer can buy these products using altcoins of their choice, We will convert the altcoins into euros.

To ensure the fast process of all payments we will offer our own payment gateway. The payment gateway is being developed, is currently in its beta phase and supports any standard QT wallet.

As a business customer of Coolblue we have access to bulk orders, as well as payment on invoice. This means that the customers do not have to wait for their altcoins to be converted into euros and their order will be processed immediately.

Funding
 
To fund this formula we are concidering to offer an IPO. The IPO will not exceed the actual costs of our formula. The costs are as followed:

Founding the Ltd.:
€ 18,850 (of which €9,000 will be inserted from our own capital).

Financial buffer:

Promotion, developement and bounties:
€ 2,500

Total IPO value : 90 ~ 100 BTC.

What do investors get in return for their support?

Coin Developers:
2 months free listing (if IPO investment > 2 BTC)
The first 10 coin developers to invest will receive the same rewards as the regular investors (see below). 1 randomly chosen coin developer with get 6 months free listing!

Regular investors:
A share in the Ltd.’s profits. We will give 40% of our annual profits to our investors. We will calculate that share with the following formula:

Share value = 40% of the annual profit x total IPO investment %.

They will also receive an additional coupon, which they can spend in our webshop:

When investment > 1btc: Coupon worth 100% of the initial investment.
When investment < 1btc: Coupon worth 75% of the initial investment

This means you actually lend us your BTC, instead of giving it to us.
Your investement will always be worth the same, available to buy items from the 161 webshops Coolblue offers.

The coupons will be paid from our own inserted capital. This is a calculated loss which we will earn back with our business model.
We’ve accepted the fact that promotion will cost us money.

Roadmap

The webshop is in its alpha phase. The payment gateway is nearly finished and is being thoroughly tested.
As soon as we are officially registered as an Ltd. we can start offering products.
We are striving for a launchdate halfway through September.

Since this concept is specific for the Altcoin scene, making a crowdfunding seems useless.
You can compare our IPO with a form of crowdfunding, where you get 100% of your investement back + a share in the profits.

Dont forget that this concept can set the door to Altcoin acceptance wide open.
Wait until your wife finds out you can buy some cooking pots with those "loud, power consuming things"

I think one of our biggest advantages is that we are using a supplier who can supply a huge assortment of products. Like we said in the main post, they currently have 161 webshops, filled with a huge variety of different products. The supplier is very excited about this project.

By using our payment gateway our customers will be able to buy all these products with the altcoin of their choice. We will make sure that all supported coins are verified and tested (so no scam coins). We will make announcements in the near future about this feature.

Another advantage is that we will be registered as an official Ltd. That means our customers are protected by legal laws, might anything occur.
