When Hashlet was announced last week, the price for 1 MH/s was $15.99
On Monday 25/08/2014, the price jumped to $19.99, and today, Wednesday it is $24.99

Any explanation ?

Supply and demand. Supposedly they don't have enough to cope with increasing demand, they are almost out.

 Crocko only reason why people would choose hashlets over astros are that gawminers did paid out people (not awful a lot but they did ) and people did have their stuff etc etc , long story short when the topic is bitcoins , trust overcomes price Hashra astro might be a great company or not but they are definetly not as publicly known as gawminers

Sure, but this is another preorder. Expected shipping by September 20. I do not buy anything which is not immediately available.

Yeah I think enough have been burned by bad pre-orders that these hashlets look like a good deal. Though still that's some good pricing none the less, If you are gonna buy better do it fast before the price hits $30+, I'll probably stick with ltcgear though.
