I can't install brustcoin either,the java application doesn't run on my computers.I tried moving it to many PCs no result.And no solution has been provided by them yet

how many TB hard drive space you have?
to solo mine you will ned 10TB at least.
Otherwise you need to join a pool.

if you cannot run java then that is not a burstcoin problem, you need to figure that out first.
