Amazon pre-orders dont get charged until the product ships correct? So whats stopping you from canceling them after you sell them for btc?

Did any of the other people who bought Diablo 3 of of TheLastDovah receive their key ? Last I heared from him was 2 days ago telling me he'd send me the key 2 hours later (has been 30+ hours since and he doesn't respond to PM's....)
