im a woman not 'mate'

i forked the repo on the op

added a checkpoint and stake modifier

https://github.com/photonproject/xtracoin/commit/7f0adbc09947d62161084641a05bcfdde86589bd

and here

https://github.com/photonproject/xtracoin/commit/dd5de19f84419d28ae75bfb058d65c6fc99bdc4b

virus total zero / but of course it could still have something in it, i just compiled it from source and
have it running on a test machine, originally i only hit a few blocks of this coin but it looks like so far it wiped out what stake i had , which may return looking quickly over the rewrites

also when i compiled it there is an error /warnning i saw , one of the numbers in the source code is too long and it is chopping it off, that may have been like that in the original coin, i have seen it in several coins,

honestly i see no strange activity that would indicate a virus , what did you notice

edit 3 sorrry i forgot to put the wallet up there !! / corrected now

win qt wallet fresh compile from source  https://github.com/photonproject/xtracoin/releases/tag/xtra

edit 2  now i see what is happening, it appears some are still running older clients along with new clients,
you can change the port or better yet bump the protocol and kick all the old wallets off the network so the new wallet can synch the blockchain to the full height, of course it is up to you , just a suggestion,
once it gets fixed up i would contact Bill at bittrex and see about a second listing, it was listed tere prior.....

edit 1, if you mean virus total or other online scanner they change all the time, someone can report a file for suspiscious activity (rival coin devs have been known to do that) to make another coin look like it has a payload.

honestly this codebase is older, suggest you have your dev upgrade it to level db database and other changes that  would be in ine with bitcoin 8.x  , still nice to see what appears to be an 'honest' effort in coin development

ok 'mate' sorry , i was not offended but i thought (as an American) that was for guys....

hey i had 2 wallets of this, one of them lost a couple million coins (not that I am worried about it or that I really started with that many)

was the stake percentage rate changed, also i read your friends comments on github said he upped the protocol ,

did he kick all the old wallets off the network though ?

of course i can study the code and look at all these things myself but since the original github was deleted i cannot compare the two, (unless you know for sure the new development tree forked the original)

so ,
hello to all .
one thing: true properly version after the latest update is  PROTOCOL_VERSION = 60007
the checkpoints now is not required update is only recommended Smiley.
really in latest update the protocol version was be bumped to 60007 and for the next things when will be cleared with end proto 60006 and will bump to 60008 I think Smiley.
these a so basic steps .
one hint for these who use old wallets with old nodes:
1. Save wallet.dat
2. delete all in %appdata%/xtracoin  without wallet.dat  ( for windows)
3. run latest wallet and have fun will resync with latest update for switch after block 150k
