We understand that exchanges are an important tool for the users to be able to easily convert their coins, but so many times we have seen alternative cryptocurrency project so eager to reach an exchange, just for disappear later, when the dirty job was completed.

We offer our own independent way to convert Midascoin to cash or assets, and we back a minimum guaranteed value; we have nothing to dump, neither the need to rush for any exchange listing.

Rest assured that is our intention, to grant permission to add Midascoin to any exchange that is able to prove to have in place enough security measures for ensure a minimum acceptable level of protection of your funds.

you can clearly see that source code will be made available on release.

We decided to give to the community enough time to get confident with the project, and so the announce has been made 10 days before the release.
The release happen when the countdown reach 0;  in that moment the pool stratum will be opened, and the wallet-source made available

If you can take just some minutes for watch the videos, look at the merchant platform,  and read the PoM paperwork, including the PDF about the transaction tax, you could have easily spotted that the development is ongoing since 6+ months.

Regarding the second question, please, take some time to read the Appendix B of the Terms of Services, that describe specifically the "MidasCoin" system, and how is legally handled the Cash Credit on the debit cards, in full compliance with the law of England and Wales  http://midaspay.io/legal-terms-tos/  and also submitted and approved by our financial partner.

The shipment of the gold bars come (and is certified) directly from one of the shop or our pawn shop franchise brand partners. The gold is certified directly by the retailer.

Most shipment will come from Rome and Madrid.

To be honest, considering the import procedure and the custom duty, i suggest for people of your country (and generally everyone outside EU and US), is better to redeem MidasCoin using our debit ATM card for not have to deal with custom duty and import tax that should be completed by the customer.
